dont go there. you are better off anywhere else. this place, when I went, did not have any policy posted, on receipts, told up front, nothing..they have a no refund policy and will not refund a penny if anything is wrong. they blame it on the vision provider/insurance carrier, but the money you pay to briarwood, is between you and them, and they will not refund. they didnt tell me I could have bought an $8 pair of readers at the drugstore, and I was not told progressive lenses dont work for everyone, and if you pay the $160 upfront, you wont get it back, no matter what, that progressive lenses greatly affect your preipherial vision and not for everyone, but do they tell you up front? no.
and they had no policy to give me to show me that I would have know the no refund, non adaptive policy up front. and they will talk over you, name call you and hang up on you. we all work too hard to waste money we dont need to spend. go elsewhere, and tell anyone else you know too.
save someone you care about money!
