Located 2 hours from New York's Capital District, we are the closest Lake Champlain marina for Albany, Troy, and Massachusetts boaters. Seasonal and transient slips for boats 25' to 45'+ with 30A & 50A shore power, water, and WiFi. Fuel dock with gas and diesel, pump-out, boat ramp, and ship store on-site.
