Brighter Transition Youth Treatment Center provides specialized treatment and support services for youth experiencing behavioral health and substance use disorders. Our treatment center offers a year-round therapeutic and academic program provided to at-risk youth and their families who are involved with the South Dakota Department of Corrections and Department of Social Services.
