About us
Dr. Wu, founder and lead physician at Brightmark Health, is a board-certified internist with over 20 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient care in Birmingham, notably at Simon-Williamson Clinic. He earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, and completed his residency at the University of Michigan and UAB. His clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, dementia, and preventive medicine. Known for his compassionate, patient-focused approach, Dr. Wu provides personalized care without the barriers of insurance, ensuring each patient receives his full attention.
