My work is definitely strong, yet at the same time kind. More often my sessions are about making deeper structural changes, yet I also value calming and balancing sessions to simply decompress and reduce fatigue. Essentially my approach is to incorporate an important energetic element to deep tissue work using Biodynamic Massage. This involves tuning in to a client’s subtle fluid and spatial systems, listening to where I am prompted to go and allowing change to occur rather that trying to make things happen. My aim is to help release trauma, injury and patterns that prevent expression of the natural ease, comfort and openness available to us from within. You experience an expanded range of options for being in the body.
