I am not a customer of the Brinkmann business but I did rent a home from them on a year lease, at the time of my residence I cleaned up the home and made the landscaping as well as the interior beautiful, except for 1 broken lower cupboard door and a slightly dented closet door from the lack of a door stop (which was repaired when we moved out by us). Upon moving out I did so two weeks before I needed to as I was moving out of state.Long story short I did not receive my deposit or even valid receipts on supposed charges, just a hand typed misspelled bill for over seven hundred dollars, which was bogus, worst part they still did not even send a check for the difference which was still $200.I am taking the Brinkman's to court, please do not trust these people. They are nice, but they are liars, even when you make attempts to make the situation right, they lie to you again.
Poor business ethics. I would not recommend this business model for any job. They do not keep their word.
