Britt Ford is transforming the industry of modern cartography and illustrations by utilizing heat-embossing versus the traditional two-dimensional mass produced maps and illustrations.

Each design is hand-crafted in Britt's Hoboken studio using 100% recycled paper and refinished vintage wood frames. Due to the process of thermographic embossing, not one piece is the same - making each design truly one of a kind.

I'm Britt – creative hustler, self-taught artist, small business owner. Growing up, I always worked for small businesses and knew that someday I would start my own.
In 2015, after two years working in wholesale fashion, I left my corporate job to start Britt Ford.
Frustrated by the lack of custom affordable artwork in the marketplace I knew I wanted to change how people purchase art.
I stumbled upon thermographic embossing and instantly fell in love with the 3D metallic texture.
After months of trial and error – I created a new thermographic embossing process.
From neighborhood maps to boat portraits - my goal is to make your artistic vision a reality by providing you with custom hand crafted artwork that doesn’t break the bank.
