Brooker Financial Corp in Strongsville is about the last place you want to go for a mortgage. Lost my dream home because the broker (Andy) didn't know how to coordinate the loan process. Never ordered a title search in the beginning. Orders it the day before I was to close!!!! Only to find out the house had liens on it all along. Wasted 9 months and alot of money because of this mortgage broker!! Then blames everyone but himself. You have been warned!!!
