About us
Broward PACE Program is a comprehensive healthcare program and provider of coordinated, personalized care and social engagement. It is designed for older adults who qualify for nursing home care but prefer to live independently in their community. There are no co-pays or deductibles, and no benefit limits. Your care is truly coordinated, with an interdisciplinary team meeting daily to discuss all appointments, medications, and care needs. The goal of the program is to help you thrive while continuing to live in your own home.
