I personally had the worst experience with this store. (For me just writing this proves how disappointed and how awful my experience was, as I never complain online. My motto usually implies that life's to short to get worked up about every little thing)

I decided to get an animal, something that would warm up my apartment and life a little. As I walked in to the store, the first thing that I noticed was the smell. It smelled like the animals urinated everywhere!

When I walked in to the animal section, I was in for a big surprise. The supervisor a lady with reddish/brownish hair ( a real bitch if you ask me ) had an attitude problem right from the start. Like just by me asking questions about the rodents and bunnies and birds bugged her. (It doesn't matter how stupid the question is, she shouldn't have been rude. Even more so, since I was asking what size of a cage I should get for the pet rabbit I wanted to buy and what brands of food would be best, bedding, and so on. )
