Although she, and her crew, started out well, she quickly digressed into yet another below average cleaning service that came and literally did a quick wipe down and left. Constantly had to point out basic cleaning procedures... repeatedly. It just got tiresome. Nothing seemed to sink in. Very disappointed, but more disappointed with her attitude when I complained; she could care less. Well, guess what? That's why YOU'RE FIRED and you don't clean my home anymore, huh? Oh, one last thing - when you go to a client's home, try not to hold LOUD conversations between one another when you're in different rooms, or on different floors, in Spanish. Very, very annoying.
Sloppy.
Unprofessional.
Avoid.
