Founded by local entrepreneur Roger Sharp, we began as a cinnamon-roll concession trailer at the Mid-State Fair before evolving into a family-friendly restaurant complete with jail-cell booths, a talking bull head, and plenty of down-home flair. Our passionate team slow-smokes quality meats, crafting succulent pulled pork, tender tri-tip, and fall-off-the-bone ribs that keep guests coming back.
