Buller Brothers Concrete Construction in Oxford: I had a new stamped concrete pool deck put in by Richard Buller in the fall of 2006. They did not cut in the expansion joints until the following spring and cracked the conrete. Spring of 2007 he claimed he would remove and repour that section and never did. Closed shop, telephone numbers and email. Now looks like he is open again. Notice he has voicemail to screen his calls before answering at the new business. Buyer beware of the smooth talking and money up front until job is 100% complete.
