About us
Hines is a local family-owned and -operated business. We are a third-generation company that is licensed, insured, and bonded to work in Virginia and North Carolina. We are licensed and a grade-level-four installer, and POS Inspector. Hines also operates as a licensed public utility general contractor in addition to being a wastewater treatment plant and subsurface operator.
