The roots of this popular cafe had a very humble start when the founders began offering salads and sandwiches in a section of a nearby bakery.

Within a short period of time more and more people learned about the delicious sandwiches and salads. As lines grew, especially during breakfast and lunch, it was clear that additional capacity was needed to satisfy the demand. So, the founders decided to open a dedicated restaurant and called it Café Rosalena. The cafe has remained in the same location since its inception. To best serve a growing and hungry customer base, inside and outside dining areas have been added along with increased kitchen space, and an expanded menu of drinks and food.

Our popular menu also expanded into sought-after catering as our walk-in business grew; many of our loyal customers requested catering services.
