A Note From The Owner:
In My Junior Year Of High School, I Was Enrolled In A Foods And Nutrition Class. During That Year, One Of Our Assignments Was To Decorate A Cake. If I Recall Correctly, It Was In The Spring And I Decorated My Very First Cake Dedicated To My Mom. The Cake Had “Mom” Spelled Out In Purple And Yellow Flowers That Were Meant To Look Like Pansies. I Couldn'T Tell You If My Flowers Really Looked Like Pansies Or Not, But I Remember The Absolute Joy Of Getting To Create Them. This Project Made Me Start Day Dreaming About Ideas Of What All Could Be Created With Frosting. The Hands-On Experience Sparked My Imagination And Was The Pathway To Discovering My Interest In Cake Decorating.
