This was the only moving company that I spoke to that actually seemed serious and that is why i chose them. No doubt i made the right choice since their dispatch team who i was liaising with during the pick-up was just as professional. I would use again if needed!

First time hiring movers out of college, so I can't say this is my best moving experience ever (since it was my only one), but it was a pretty good one to start with. The movers arrived promptly and on the estimated time they said they would, they wrapped right away the important furniture very well and followed all instructions. The truck was very well packed and everything seemed secure in it. Overall it was a great experience, would highly recommend Cal 1 to anyone looking for a very professional and competent moving company.

We scheduled them at the last minute (called on a Saturday and they were able to help us on a Sunday), and it wasn't a problem for them to fit us in. They were very fast and efficient -- our whole 1 bedroom move out took only 3hr 15min till they drove off. They were very careful with all our stuff, and wrapped furniture in plastic to protect it as needed, so everything came through safe and sound. They were friendly and happy throughout the whole move, and had no trouble with our new place being on the third floor with no elevator. Pricing was straightforward & very reasonable -- no surprises with the bill.

We had a great experience with our long-distance move from the LA area with CAL 1 moving and storage. All of the crew were professional, pleasant and very helpful. They showed up exactly as planned on both ends of the move. I would highly recommend them for any long distance move

I used cal 1 for my move to Texas and all went well. My only suggestion would be to have a few extra men on the job for delivery as well so it gets done as fast as it did on pick-up. I had no actual troubles with my move and I found the employees to be very professional, efficient and STRONG. I had some really heave items but it didn’t seem like it to them whilst handling! Great team.

CAL1 Moving and Storage was great from A to Z, they came on time for pickup and as well on delivery. I was worried about some fragile items, like some flat TVs, some mirrors and some pieces of antique furniture, but they figured it out so well for it to be safe on the truck...I was so relieved!! No doubt I’ll use them again!

The crew was only a bit late because of traffic which is understandable. When they did arrive, they came ready to go and it only took a few hours to get it all done so it was fine. The three guys that came were really polite and handled everything with care. On delivery I had a different crew who were equally as good. Cal1 did a great job so if I moved again I would give them a call.

I scheduled moving with CAL1 movers for Downtown LA. While looking for a mover I called around to 6 other places and this company easily beat others with professionalism and affordability. My roommate and I moved from two different apartments into a two bedroom and two bath new house. I scheduled relatively at last minute, and they were able to accommodate me 3 days before the move AND with a discount!. They gave me a two hour window of pick up time in the morning, and like a four hour window for the afternoon, which seemed really big. I picked the morning window since it was shorter. My only advice do this new moving company would be to shorten these time frames, moving s already stressful enough to be waiting for God knows how much time until they can park at your place. Anyways, they compensated with such an amazing job they did moving us. It was a really good service, they are very professionals. The entire crew was SO polite and pleasant from the beginning to the end. They made moving so much easier, my move was a breeze. For any future moves - I already know who to call!

We had the pleasure of working with these guys last weekend and they were super!!! On time, very careful with our stuff and also worked hard without any breaks, they were also super friendly, just top notch. We could not have more pleased, I wouldn’t even try with another company.

I used CAL1 Moving Company to help with a move in Orange County and they were exceptional. These 3 guys showed up early to begin the move, they took extra care wrapping and securing large items, and they were very resourceful when it came to getting large pieces of furniture (couches and beds) through tight quarters. They didn't take breaks in between locations, they were personable, and they made sure everything they moved was where I wanted it to be in the new home.
I would definitely recommend CAL1 as a quality, efficient moving option in the Bay Area!
