Welcome to Capital Farms Butcher Shop and Restaurant in Wickenburg, Arizona. Here we have premium beef local beef and the best hamburger and sandwich in Arizona. We only utilize our grass fed beef that we raise in the shop and kitchen. We utilize beef tallow on the grill and no other oils. Come taste the difference.
