About us
Cara has always had a passion for helping and caring for others. Her father is legally blind due to a genetic condition, and she has found great strength in watching him navigate life with a disability. Seeing that his disability never held him back from achieving his own goals, she learned to make the most of any situation life throws your way through hard work and a positive attitude. As a family medicine provider, Cara enjoys spending time getting to know her patients. “I like to discuss their lives and how things are going, while helping to address any health concerns.” She is interested in preventative medicine, as well as supporting patients with anxiety and depression.
