About us
Care Partners Project was created from experience and the need to give more support to our care givers that give of themselves solely to support their loved ones. We want them to know they are valued, supported and never alone.
We have paper planners, scheduling apps and a website you can subscribe to and organize all the information needed for caring for someone into one place . We offer support groups and one on one coaching to cope with the curves life throws at you when you become a daily Care Giver and your role changes from spouse, life partner, Parent, sibling, or friend. We help you handle the added stress and responsibility of being a Care Provider.
