I have worked in clinical outpatient settings, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Adult Residential Substance Abuse Rehab Care, providing Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, and Psycho-Educational Facilitation.

Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to openly and honestly explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns; as well as their goals and dreams for the present and the future. Every individual is different, and with that in mind, I strive to meet you where you are, to begin to assist you in your journey toward wellness. I believe in establishing a mutually respectful, trusting relationship in order to work together to gain insight and develop strategies that will enable you to build confidence and the skills to move toward self-acceptance, inner peace, and the ability to trust yourself.

As a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, I enjoy teaching and practicing yoga and meditation. I have also received training in the practice of Trauma-Informed Yoga.
