About us
Carlton Lofts is an adaptive re-use of the historic Cloquet High School in Cloquet, MN. It consists of 57 residential units and is complimented by multi-use community rooms while retaining the historic gymnasium and auditorium.Lofts consist of studios, one and two bedrooms with garage parking, open layout floor plans, and modern interiors.
