About us

Dr. Carol Ann Talley joined Rehabilitation Medicine in Colchester, VT, as a physiatrist in 1988.  She specializes in rehabilitation and physical medicine.  Areas of expertise include inpatient acute rehabilitation, rehabilitation of physical disabilities, spinal cord injury, electrodiagnostic medicine and spasticity management.

In addition to improving her patients’ health, Dr. Talley feels it’s important that she get to know them so she can make recommendations that better meet their needs and help them reach their full health potential.
