About us
At Carolina Psychiatry and Addiction Services, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Founded in March 2023 by husband-and-wife team Sahil and Katie Talwar, our practice was built on the shared belief that recovery and healing are possible with the right support. Together, we combine clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to helping our patients regain stability, improve their mental health, and build fulfilling lives.
Our outpatient services address a wide range of concerns, including addiction treatment, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and eating disorders.
