I think if there is anything that can be said about me is; I love what I do! Can you imagine, I get to spend my time with two of the happiest people, on one of their most happiest days, working with some of the best wedding professionals and…. at some of the most beautiful locations in the triangle area! I could not ask for, nor be blessed with, a better calling in life.
I’m here to serve my couples, whether it’s an intimate sunset elopement lakeside at Lake Wheeler Park or Coker Arboretum on the campus of UNC, a celebration with 400 family and friends on hand at one of the many large local wedding venues, I could not think of somewhere else I would rather be!

I have been blessed with having performed so many wedding celebrations (and counting) and although this sounds like a commercial marketing phrase, I still get just as excited with my last wedding as I did with my very first celebration!
I hope I can be of service and share in the magic of your special day!

Your wedding is supposed to be one of the most cherished days of your life – you want every detail of your ceremony to be perfect, professionally cared for and thought out to reflect who you are as individuals and as a couple. I write each ceremony focusing on the values, beliefs and guiding principles you hold most dear. My goal is to honor and celebrate your love for one another and to create a ceremony that is uniquely yours. It is important for me that every couple have “the experience” they’ve always dreamed of having.
I will perform a customized ceremony at the location of your choice. Short notice ceremonies and elopements are always welcome!

Allow me to help you make your dream wedding become a reality; creating the perfect words for your perfect wedding.
I also perform Blessing Ceremonies to include Baby Blessings, Christenings, Naming Ceremonies, Family Blessing and House Blessing ceremonies.

ABOUT ME

I reside in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with my husband, Joe, and our four dogs. Though born in Florida, I was raised in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains of Western North Carolina. I received my undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University, masters from the University of North Texas, ministerial studies and ordination from the Esoteric Interfaith Church and am a certified counselor.
I believe that each individual has the privilege and responsibility to determine what is right for her or him – as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others. To be competent, proficient, cooperative, to love my fellow man, to be humble, honest moral and to live positively, that is what I feel strongly about. Faith is essential to spirituality. I encourage my congregants to become educated about the historical truths of the Bible, the church, and christ as well as other faith’s. Truth can be found within all of the world’s religions, and can be uncovered through study, introspection, and discernment.

I became an ordained minister to help people find happiness and direction and because I love weddings and baby blessings of all kinds! I consider myself to be genuinely blessed and privileged to join two souls together in marriage. I am a caring and experienced professional who works closely with each couple to create and officiate meaningful, unique and beautiful ceremonones.
