About us
Carolyn Tellez MSN, RN, ARNP, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) managing general mental health and substance use disorders.
Carolyn developed a passion for psychiatric nursing while providing bedside care to the most critically ill in a neuro medical intensive care unit (ICU). After completing her undergraduate studies at Grand Canyon University, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga university in Spokane Washington. She currently offers her expertise, compassion, and evidence-based treatment to clients in Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado.
