We had 5 area carpets cleaned by Chicago Carpet Cleaning; two large and three small. The carpets were picked up on time. We had a small problem with the delivery and I phoned for clarification. So clean, quickly rectified the problem and gave us a further discount to make up for the confusion. The carpets are beautiful.

I have two dogs. I had so many stains on carpets and area rugs. Chicago Carpet Cleaning in North Center, Chicago came in after they gave me great offer on cleaning them all. The technician worked so hard on the stains and took the area rugs to spacial machine cleaning...amazing cleaning, my carpets looks so new unbelievable. I really thought that they have to be changed.
