She originally transitioned to Georgia Farm Bureau from a private medical office, because Georgia Farm Bureau's values and interests aligned with her own. After attending NCSU, she moved to Northwest Georgia in 2004 to raise her family in the beautiful foothills of the Georgia Mountains.
