About us

Carl Heusler, D.C. graduated from New York Chiropractic College almost 20 years ago and interned for 1 year at the Cheektowaga Health Center located in Buffalo, N.Y.. Prior to that, the doctor graduated with a B.A. in Psychology as well as a B.S. in Biology from the City College of New York. His continuing education includes coursework in low back pain and sciatica from Harvard Medical School. He is certified in Peer Review and Independent Medical Examination and is a certified Chiropractic Insurance Consultant. Dr. Heusler practiced in the Bronx, New York for 1 year before moving to Maryland and establishing his practice in Oxon Hill, MD., which is a suburb of Washington, D.C. He practiced there for approximately 8 years before establishing his current practice in New Carrollton, MD. His community work currently includes serving on the city of New Carrollton's Committee for public Health and Safety.
