In 2013, Darren and Tricia Slack took over the business, bringing fresh energy and a passion for customer service. Tricia, a retired nurse, manages operations and ensures every customer enjoys a smooth experience, while Darren leads the service center and handles custom builds. Together, they’ve grown Cart Dr. into a trusted name across the Gulf Coast.
