I'm not a huge fan of Carter's Country to begin with but after calling around Pasadena for an AR-15 front sight adjustment tool, they seemed to be the only store with some in stock. They told me they did so I went down there to get one b/c I need one for my AR. I get there and ask them for a 4 prong front sight adjustment tool, they go get one and only had 1 left in stock. They hand it to me and the bag has clear scotch tape on the bottom of the bag and obvious tear marks, and a hole from where it had been opened up before. I take a look at it and it obviously looks used and also looks to have had a 5th prong. It does have 4 prongs although unevenly spaced I figure it might work. I buy it, get it back to the house and it doesn't work. I look at the bag and it says A1 front sight tool, so I take it back and they proceed to tell me that it looks used and broken that looks like it was supposed to have 5 prongs. They did refund my money but clearly they are trying poorly to be shady.
