Cascade Employers Association is one of Oregon's largest and oldest member-governed associations, providing employment knowledge and workplace solutions in the area of human resource management. Established in 1947, the association provides human resource support services in employment law compliance, leadership and safety training, pay data and pay plan design, employee health and retirement benefits, and safety and workers' compensation risk management. It publishes two regular newsletters to report important employment-related information, news and trends. The association provides a wide range of market survey data related to executive compensation, pay trends, policies and benefits, information technology and engineering, and sales compensation. Cascade Employers Association is located in Salem, Oregon.
