Dr. Casey Fenger is an Assistant Professor (Clinical) in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital. He provides comprehensive care for individuals with spinal cord injuries and other complex neurologic and neuromuscular conditions. Dr. Fenger is fellowship-trained in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine, and his clinical practice includes inpatient rehabilitation and long-term outpatient follow-up—where he manages a diverse neurorehabilitation caseload, including spinal cord and neuromuscular disorders.
