Casten and Pearce, APLC was formed on June 30, 1994 by Marshall R. Pearce and Theodore J. Casten. Specializing in casualty litigation of all types, the firm emphasizes commercial, civil, and municipal litigation defense, including insurance coverage, extra-contractual claims, medical malpractice, fraud and arson claims, and workers compensation.
