About us

Catt Fleetwood was born in Virginia but moved often because of her father’s job in the U.S. Marine Corps. After visiting Raleigh numerous times, she finally made it her home in 2001. Finding the career she loves, Catt became a loan officer in 2013. Catt’s favorite part of being a LO is the opportunity to be part of such a special experience when helping her clients purchase a home. Although she works with all loan types, including Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA, Catt most enjoys working with clients who are first-time homebuyers and veterans. Through thorough communication, product knowledge and her love of helping people, Catt makes every transaction smooth and easy for everyone involved! She works hard not just to meet expectations, but to exceed them! On a personal note, Catt is married to her husband, Todd, and together they have three fabulous children and two very large dogs. In her spare time, Catt enjoys working out, hiking and preparing meals to feed her friends and family!
