Cave CrossFit started in a garage in West Hollywood in 2011 with owners Brian Jaffe & Zee Brod, minimal equipment and a handful of CrossFit members comprised of friends and family. Three months later, Cave outgrew its 400 square foot space. Today, Cave CrossFit resides on Beverly Boulevard and is one of the most popular and respected boxes in Los Angeles.

With a focus on personal development, Cave CrossFit aims to strengthen and test both the physical and mental limits of each of its members. Cave CrossFit recognizes each individual’s strengths and weaknesses while encouraging a team dynamic regardless of their fitness level. Armed with dedicated community members, an expert level of knowledge for the mechanics of the human body and unbridled passion for health and wellness, Cave CrossFit has become the premier CrossFit center for Angelenos looking to improve all areas of their life.
