Cedar Creek Hospital is a behavioral health center in Saint Johns, Michigan. Cedar Creek Hospital provides adolescent inpatient services as well as adult inpatient, partial hospital programming, and outpatient services for those suffering from depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, trauma and addiction when co-occurring. Following an initial assessment by a licensed counselor, patients receive a personalized treatment plan that can include individual, group and recreational therapies.
