Located at 108 Main St. E in New Prague, MN, Cedar Press Coffee was founded to be more than a caffeine fix-it’s a "Coffee Community." We provide a peaceful sanctuary built on high-quality organic ingredients and neighborly connection.
Community-Centric Growth
Our menu is shaped by our patrons. A prime example is "The J.S."-a signature white chocolate and organic blackberry latte named after the loyal regular who first ordered it.

Coffee: Small-batch beans from Driven Roasters (Chanhassen/Chaska, MN).

Tea & Syrups: Organic Rishi Tea and Holy Kakow syrups (preservative-free).

Bakery: Made-from-scratch quiches and seasonal treats.

The Experience
As a staple for local families, we offer a dedicated kids' menu, a play area, and rotating seasonal favorites like the Maple Pecan Brew. Today, we remain Scott County’s premier "third space" for modern specialty coffee.
