In a nutshell, we strive to help people feel better. Reflexology is a complimentary therapy that uses the body's own neuro-muscular system to encourage it to heal on it's own. Your body does the work, but reflexology is the catalyst. We are a complimentary therapy and work with other therapies and health professionals.
