Not a reputable company. I called them to replace the springs on my garage door about 4 years ago. They charged me around $500.00 and said the springs should last about 7 yrs. The springs lasted less than 2 years. When I called to tell them about the problem the owner said I wasn't in the customer database and unless I could produce a paper receipt they would not fix it under warranty. I found my receipt and they replaced the springs and charged me a $65.00 service fee. Today, less than 2 years later one of the new springs broke again. I called and spoke to the owner who once again said that I wasn't in the customer database and I would have to produce the paper receipt. I can't find it now but told him we had been customers for four years. He called me an irresponsible homeowner for not being able to locate the receipt. He accused me of not being truthful. That I had not used his company but another company because the springs his company installs don't brake after 2 years'. I told him I have the Garage Door Doctor sticker right next to my garage door opener button in the garage. Again he accused my of not telling the truth. Bottom line: I would not use this company now if he came for free under warranty. They haven't been able to fix my garage door satisfactorily twice now. Plus, I don't trust the owner. He has a very immature and combative personality.
