Chad Talpas has been in the mortgage industry for 12 years, completing various roles such as branch manager, loan officer, and his current position of Vice President for The Mortgage Exchange at the Indianapolis branch. Chad leads multiple sales and service teams for The Mortgage Exchange while also doing some originating with his wife, Megan.
