Norman Chambliss and Jim Rabil formed a general contracting company in Rocky Mount, NC in 1975. Yates Chambliss and Chris Dougherty joined the firm in 2004 and 2008 respectively. Both became a partner in 2016. The company operates construction divisions in Rocky Mount, Raleigh, and Wilmington N.C
