Hi, I’m Charity Crawford, a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider. I’m here to walk alongside you in a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Let’s begin the work of reconnecting with yourself!
My heart is in serving the perinatal community: those navigating the joys, challenges, and deep identity shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. I also enjoy working with couples during this season of transition. I use tools like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and realign with what truly matters to you.
