Charles Maynard's transactional practice includes acquiring and divesting real estate and energy assets, and forming, governing, financing, and selling business operating and investment vehicles. He has facilitated the financing, construction, and leasing of diverse real estate projects, including high-rise structures in Houston, Texas. Charles negotiates oil and gas transactions involving the construction, chartering, and sale of offshore drilling vessels, and the acquisition, development, and sale of leases in federal and state waters. Certified in Commercial Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization from 1985 to 2020, Charles clerked for Honorable John Fogleman, Arkansas Supreme Court, from 1975 to 1976.
