About Charleston Comprehensive Treatment Center in Charleston, WV Charleston Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides outpatient opioid addiction treatment services in Charleston, West Virginia. Adults age 18 and older of all genders can receive medication-assisted treatment (MAT) under the supervision of physicians, nurses, and counselors. Our methadone clinic offers more than one medication to alleviate opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Depending on a patient’s medical history and recovery needs, they may receive methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, or Suboxone to help them stop using opioids.
