Having the office at your fingertips makes for easy communication with the staff who are there Monday through Friday. Another highlight of the area is right outside your back door to the Christ Bible Church which is a very popular and powerful ministry in the neighborhood. As for the convenience of transportation, the 79th bus stop is right on the corner of 79th & Coles. And the Cheltenham Metra train stop at 79th & Exchange is within two blocks of the building. And to top everything off, Lake Michigan is a three block walk from the building, how beautiful is that!
The apartments have great layouts to include a nice living space and eat in kitchen. There is a large picture window in the living room which allows for great natural light. Each unit has refinished hardwood floors throughout with tile in the kitchen and bathroom. A nice feature of these apartments is that they have built in air conditioners. The building is cleaned on a daily basis by the janitor and maintenance is tended to by our talented staff who will handle things quickly and efficiently. We offer our tenants an after-hours maintenance hotline for emergency requests that cannot wait until the next morning.
