Cheese Wheel Pasta & Pizza — a warm and authentic Italian dining experience in the heart of Clearwater, Florida. Our kitchen is rooted in the timeless traditions of southern Italy, we specialize in fresh, home-made pasta prepared daily with love and simplicity, just like Nonna used to make. The cheese wheel pasta, sometimes called “pasta Alla Ruota,” is a dish that mixes steaming hot cooked pasta in a hollowed cheese wheel. At the heart of our menu is our Neapolitan pizza, baked in a high-temperature stone oven to achieve the perfect charred crust, soft center, and smoky flavor. Made with imported 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella, our pizzas are a tribute.
