They don't tell you about all the hidden costs when you make an appointment. They wait until they come to your house and then you are at there mercy because you want to get your rugs cleaned. They charge you for the cleaning products that they use. What were they gonna steam clean with WATER? Total rip off. At my home for less than 1 hour and they charged me more than some people make in a week.
