Cheryl has been in the finance industry for more than 21 years. She was a financial advisor for many years prior to transitioning to mortgage lending. The knowledge gained from each of these roles has enabled her to create lasting relationships with clients and business partners. Cheryl is experienced with many types of loans, including FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional. She is a certified veteran’s loan specialist and is also familiar with Indiana’s down payment assistance and first-time home buyer programs.
