About us
Ideally located on Capitol Hill in the Pike/Pine corridor–“The Chester” offers outstanding access to Capitol Hill and is just a short walk to downtown Seattle, Seattle University, etc. Tons of great restaurants and a few grocery stores are just minutes away (one of the best Italian restaurants in Seattle, Spinasse, is downstairs!). As noted by Walk Score, it’s truly a walker’s paradise. The Chester was originally constructed in 1908 and was completely renovated in 2005 with new plumbing, electrical, lighting, updated kitchens, flooring, and more. And best of all, the building still includes much of its original 1908 charm! Many of the studios and one bedrooms have hardwood floors, bay windows, claw foot tubs, and views of downtown Seattle.
